What the CRUISE Americard Can Provide to You
Control
Being able to set pre-determined controls by fuel card and/or by driver allows the comfort of knowing that your company’s fueling guidelines will not be abused. The CRUISE Americard requires employees be assigned a unique Driver ID (PIN) number. They will be asked for that ID number when they pay for fuel. If a fuel card is lost or stolen, the transaction will be declined without a valid Driver ID number. We will also work with you to set alerts so that if a transaction does take place outside of pre-determined criteria, such as time-of-day, day-of-week or out-of-area fueling, you will be notified via text message or e-mail. This allows you to pro-actively manage your fleet while deterring abuse.

Convenience
Since the CRUISE Americard is accepted at over 230,000 fuel, service and repair sites anywhere in the United States, your employees will not have to divert from their route to find fuel. This card allows employees to be more productive at their assigned tasks.

Reporting
You will have access to Fleet Commander through the Voyager website. This secured website allows you access to a full suite of vehicle, driver and exception reports. You also have real-time access to your account. You will be able to respond if a control needs to be altered, if a card needs to be added or cancelled and/or if a driver ID needs to be added or canceled. Have the ability to react quickly to internal request for information.
The CRUISE Americard captures Level III data on 99.9% of all transactions so you will be able to see the complete detail of every purchase made – who fueled; where did they fuel; when did they fuel; how many gallons fueled; the current odometer at the time of fueling; and how much each transaction cost your company. If you choose, you can eliminate the need for employees to keep and turn in receipts. The website also provides fuel price mapping which gives you the tool needed to search out the lowest price for fuel in any given geographic area anywhere in the United States.

Roadside assistance is available with your fleet card. You will have access to the following services: emergency maintenance, emergency towing, jump start, tire change, emergency fuel, oil and water delivery as well as lockout services.

Replacement
